| Details: | SUMMARY: Stage II DBPR Assistance DETAILS: System requested circuit rider assistance for preparation of the Standard Monitoring Plan (SMP) for compliance with Stage 2 DBPR. The SMP is due 4/1/08. The SPM involves evaluating water quality data from several sources in the system to determine sampling sites and schedules for Stage II DBPR in 2009-10.I reviewed all data relevant to preparing the SMP. I consulted with Wendy Marshall USEPA, to review draft SMP before completing. After her review and comments I completed the SMP on 2/21. ACTION NEEDED: None for Stage 2 DBPR unless requested by system. | ||
