| Details: | SUMMARY: Stage 2 DBPR and LT2 ESWTR Assistance DETAILS: System requested circuit rider assistance for preparation of the Standard Monitoring Plan (SMP) for compliance with Stage 2 DBPR. The SMP is due 4/1/08. The plan involves completing a short form with a summary of DBP results and distribution map. Assistance was also requested for the LT2 ESWTR sampling plan that is due by 7/1/08. I met with staff to provide an overview of both rules and what is required and when. I gave them the form for the 40/30 certification for Stage 2 DBPR to send to Wendy Marshall USEPA. I also reviewed the LT2EsWTR requirements with them. A sampling plan is due by 7/1/08, which includes a schedule for E.Coli sampling and where the sample will be collected. Sampling begins in 10/08. ACTION NEEDED: As requested by the water system. | ||
