| Details: | SUMMARY: inquiry of disinfection plan review process DETAILS: Karen Kelley with the DWP and Brenda Casarez with Delta Lab communicated by e-mail about the status of the systems disinfection and a complaint that Michael Mattick, WRD Watermaster, received about illness at the system (see e-mail in file). I contacted Randy Reitz with Oregon Water Services, who is operating the system and said he submitted plans but was having difficulty with the process (see 3/8/07 e-mail to Tom Charbonneau Plan Review Coordinator in file). I also asked Randy about the complaints and he said he would ask Kevin Hunt with Delta lab about it. Update - Tom Charbonneau approved the Storage and Disinfection for use on 3/14/07 but needs the result of the Tracer Study when complete. ACTION NEEDED: Await results of Tracer Study/final Plan Review approval and info, if any, on illness complaints. | ||
