| Details: | SUMMARY: Total Coliform M/R DETAILS: I called Randy Reitz on 7/2/07 because we do not have results for total coliform for 10/06, 12/06, 4/07, 5/07, and 6/07. I told him that one more missing result before 10/07 will result in Significant Non-Compliance status. He said its the result of confusion between himself and another contractor and that hell take the July sample ASAP and clear up the confusion. ACTION NEEDED: Await result of July total coliform sample. | ||
