| Details: | SUMMARY: Rads sampling DETAILS: I spoke and e-mailed with Brenda Casarez of Delta Lab about this systems Rads monitoring. We were missing results for their 1st and 2nd quarter of required sampling. Brenda sent me 1st quarter (3/7/07), but said 2nd quarter wasnt sampled. I faxed 1st quarter to DMCE in Portland for entry. I told Brenda compliance will be based on the Running Annual Average of the 1st, 3rd, and 4th quarters. ACTION NEEDED: Await results of 3rd and 4th quarter Rads samples and entry of missing 1st quarter into SDWIS by DMCE. | ||
