Details: SUMMARY: Plan review for UV installment. DETAILS: Firm installed a UV system, which did not have the correct water flow. Jeff Pinsker has installed restrictor plates on the UV system. I took pictures of unit. ACTION NEEDED: Resume quarterly monitoring. Maintain and operate UV system as specified by the manufacturer.
