| Details: | SUMMARY: Plan review for UV installment DETAILS: Firm installed a UV system, which was missing a cylinoid. Jim contacted me that the cylinoid had been installed and the UV system had been relocated and positioned according to manufacturers installment instructions. I took pictures of the UV device. ACTION NEEDED: Resume quarterly monitoring. Maintain and operate UV system as specified by the manufacturer. | ||
