Details: SUMMARY: ALERT -Coliform positive 4th quarter. DETAILS: Russ Frost, manager at Space Age Fuel contacted me about the positive for coliform sample taken in the fourth quarter. Mr. Frost could not determine what might have been the cause. The person who took the sample Dee Kinzel is on vacation. Sample date 12/11/07 ACTION NEEDED: Take 4 repeat samples the week (Dec. 17-21). If results are negative take 5 routine samples in January 2008.
