| Details: | SUMMARY: Monitoring/TCR DETAILS: On January 16, 2008, received notice from DHS/DWP of TCR monitoring violation regarding Oneys Rest. No answer of phone, therefore faxed handwritten note pointing out the missed coliform samples. Last 2 quarters in 2007 missed. On January 28, 2008, I talked with Steve regarding sampling. He acknowledged that he had received the fax and he agreed to make sure appropriate coliform sampling gets conducted in the future. ACTION NEEDED: Will watch SDWIS to track coliform sampling. | ||
