| Details: | SUMMARY: none DETAILS: Jim called saying Ecoli found in several samples. Look for failure reason ACTION NEEDED: Jim to notify customers by phone. Door to door etc. for boil. I agreed to bring him public notification template for boil notice. Calculate how to achieve 25 ppm Cl 2 for each tank distribute that water that through system let it rest overnight. Jim said when I delivered notice template that chlorinator had failed. Fix chlorinator begin normal chlorination gradually purge heavy Cl 2 water when normal is in system. Take verification samples before pulling boil notice. | ||
