| Details: | SUMMARY: none DETAILS: Routine coliform sample taken Nov.13,2007 tested positive. Nov.15,2007:I contacted the Oregon Dept of Forestry and was referred to A.J. Hudgik who is assisting the operator Randy Peterson at this time. I discussed the public notice reporting requirement and asked her to send a copy of the notice to the State DWP and to this office. I discussed determining the cause of the positive test results and shocking the well. I directed her to the state DWP website for well disinfection info. I informed Ms. Hudgik of the required 4 repeat samples after determining cause of contamination and shocking of the well. Nov.16, 2007: I spoke with A.J. Hudgik on the phone. She stated 2 of the routine samples taken Nov.13,2007 were positive for total coliform. She will fax me the results. She also said the handle on the well was removed. Nov.17,2007: I received a public notice and the test results taken Nov.13,2007 ACTION NEEDED: None | ||
