| Details: | SUMMARY: TC Positive Alert Response DETAILS: Daine called to discuss a TC positive result from a sample collected 4/7/08. The sample was actually collected at the Imanha Acclimation Facility, not at the hatchery. The hatcherys PWS ID should not have been written on the lab slip. The Acclimation Facility is not a PWS as there is only one staff person on site. Reviwed sampling procedures with Diane, and emailed her some information on where to find forms on the DWP web site. ACTION NEEDED: DWP to remove the TC positive result from SDWIS. | ||
