Assistance Type: OTHER REGULATORY - Due date for installing a Nitrate removal system

Details: On November 9th, 2019, Lakeshore RV Park/Camp has a nitrate sample at 14.9mg/L. The MCL is 10mg/L. I have emailed Brian Stevens and let him know that the system will require a Nitrate removal system. The system has been on quarterly sampling since 2009. They had by march 9th, 2020 to contact us to let us know what their plans are. I have emailed Brian on 1-13, 1-14, and 3-16, all in 2020. They have yet to install a removal system. Their 3-13-2020 email response has told us that they are in the process of installing a system.
Will keep in contact with them to remind them of the deadlines.
