Details: Called Butch regarding corrections needed from 2019 survey. No ASR, CCR or DRC. Emailed forms. These deficiencies were also noted during the 2016 survey. He said he would work on them asap. Box R lab is doing CCR's but sending only to system. System's responsibility to forward copy and certification to state dwp.
