Details: SUMMARY: Stage 2 DBP Rule DETAILS: System was referred to HBH by John Higgins of Coquille regarding Stage 2 DBP Rule compliance. I reviewed the systems latest chemical results and system description. I contacted Wendy Marshall with USEPA regarding the systems Stage 1 compliance status and the need for Standard Monitoring Plan and eligibility for Very Small System (VSS) waiver. This system was granted a VSS late last year (2007). There are no further requirements of this system for Stage 2 DBP Rule compliance. Stage 1 monitoring will continue. I called the system contact, Hank Rogers and discussed the VSS waiver of Stage 2 requirements. A letter describing the VSS waiver and future Stage 2 requirements has been sent to the system. ACTION NEEDED: No additional action is required at this time.
