| Details: | SUMMARY: none DETAILS: 11-06-07: I attempted to contact Randy Peterson(operator) by phone. I left a message on his voice mail informing him of the alert and the required 4 repeat samples and 5 routine the following month of service. I also asked him to return my call so we can discuss this further. 11-06-07: I spoke with Stephanie Biel ( Or Dept of Forestry) by phone. Ms. Biel stated she will do 4 repeat samples tomorrow and they removed the pump handle and posted a sign at the well head. The camp is currently closed. 4 repeat samples taken 11-07-07- All were negative for total coliform and E-coli ACTION NEEDED: None | ||
