| Details: | SUMMARY: none DETAILS: 12-05-07: Positive total and fecal coliform test results. I contacted melvin olson,Operator by phone. I notified him of the alert and asked the cause or possible cause. Mr. Olson stated he did not know since he raised the pressure tanks above ground and had sealed the well. ACTION NEEDED: I verified that he will do the 4 repeat samples immediately and fax me the test results. 12-17-07: I received test results from lab for the 4 repeat coliform and e-coli tests. All 4 repeats were negative. 12-17-07:I contacted Melvin Olson by phone. I verified that he will do the 5 routine samples next month and fax me the results. | ||
