It was decided that we would have owner, George Head, stop doing any mor repeat sampling, implement a public notice to the users of Head Acres well C, and then shock disinfect the well. After shocking the well, operator will do 5 routines. Left message on owners phone system. ACTION NEEDED: DHS - Await repeat sample results.
