Details:	SUMMARY: Email regarding Arsenic violation #33638 DETAILS: Sent the attached e-mail to Gary Smith - System operator Gary, For some strange reason, Kate and I did not get the Arsenic test done last December when we did all of those chemical tests on the water at Anchor. I contacted the lab and they confirmed that the test wasnt done. I requested that they send down a bottle so we can get if done ASAP. The good news is that when we do the test, it will count for this three year monitoring period (2008-2010-) we are now currently in. The bad news…it does count as a violation and must be reported in the annual consumer confidence report. Ill take the heat for this one as I was part of the testing last December and should have caught it then. Maybe we just missed the bottle, maybe the lab messed up, maybe the results got misplaced? Who knows? Anyway, no persons are in danger as past tests have shown no Arsenic problems at Anchor. Give me a call if theres a problem or concern. Thanks, Mike ACTION NEEDED: none
