| Details: | SUMMARY: HAA5 DBP MCL Violation 1st Quarter 2008 DETAILS: Tim Ellis called to report the 1st quarter 2008 HAA5 DBP sample exceeded the MCL. I sent an email to John Higgins notifying him that the running annual average has continued to exceed and public notice is due again for the 1st quarter 2008. John submitted an updated notice to me on 4/15/08 showing the RAA for HAA5 is 0.0638 mg/L. The RAA for TTHM did not exceed at 0.058 mg/L and does not need to be included in the public notice. ACTION NEEDED: John will submit the public notice to the Citys customers and purchasing districts. Plant construction upgrades are scheduled to begin soon and disinfection profiling requirements have been waived. | ||
