| Details: | SUMMARY: Followup on a violation for TC non-reporting for fourth quarter 2008 DETAILS: Tim said that he forgot to take the 4th quarter coliform bacteria sample. He said he monitored for the 1st quarter 2008 on January 2, 2008 (Waterlab). Results of that test have not been sent to the DWP yet. I discussed how the sampling plan was not being followed. I faxed him a new sampling plan and requested that he give Waterlab a copy and ensure that it is being followed. I also suggested monitoring early in the quarter. TC monitored on 1-2-08 and reported to DWP on 1-25-08. ACTION NEEDED: Wait for posting of 1st quarter sampling then resolve violation | ||
