Details: SUMMARY: Discussed TCR non-reporting of 5 routines in December with Mr. Schamber. DETAILS: Operator reports that he drew five samples at the end of December but the lab was closed during drop-off so he M/R in early January. Discussed monitoring early in the month/quarter to avoid being late, especially when following up on TC positive samples. ACTION NEEDED: Wait for 5 faxed copies of January 2, 2008 routine monitoring of coliform bacteria.
