Details:	SUMMARY: Op will provide Public Notice, investigate cause of contamination DETAILS: The operator informed me that one of the four repeats collected 2-15-08 at Space 6 was total coliform positive. I informed her about the public notice requirement and faxed her the template. She sated she would post PN today. Wwe discussed possible causes of contamination including leaks and cross contamination. She states she will investigate the possible causes. She agreed to M/R five routines in March 2008. ACTION NEEDED: none
