| Details: | SUMMARY: Site Visit DETAILS: Met with Kathy Boice at the clubhouse to investigate no repeat samples were done. It seems that I had visited her on 1/02/08 and she said she had no sample bottles. I apparently told her I had plenty and that I would bring her more. I forgot to bring them and she has been patiently waiting for my return. Consequently, its too late to do repeats. So, the system is in violation and will post a public notice. The system will also do 5 routines ASAP as per discussion I had with Chuck Michael on 2/27/08. During my visit I hand delivered the attached letter dated 2/27/08, along with a model Public Notice that she can use as a guide. ACTION NEEDED: System - Perform 5 routines and submit results asap. Post Public Notice. | ||
