Details: SUMMARY: Alert positive total coliform on Dec. 27, 2007 DETAILS: Operator took 4 repeat samples on 1/2/08. All resamples tested negative for total coliforms. I talked to her about proper sampling procedures and common problems associated with taking samples. ACTION NEEDED: I advised her to take 5 routine samples this quarter.
