Details:	I spoke on the phone with Nick Zavales regarding Vernonia Golf Club's water system. He mentioned that he took a water sample for coliform bacteria to Alexin Analytical lab in Tigard in February 2020, but that it may not have been forwarded to the State. I told Nick that the water system is responsible for having the results forwarded to the State DWS in order to get credit for it. Nick also told me that Vernonia Golf Club's restaurant has been closed around that time due to the coronavirus notifications, and that golf course itself is only open on a self check-in or appointment basis, but the water system doesn't serve drinking water to the golfers via any water fountains, etc. I then called Alexin Analytical regarding the mentioned February 2020 water sample result, and was told that they will look for it and plan to get back to me by the end of the day when they find the result or if they do not find it.
