| Details: | SUMMARY: TC Positive Alert Response DETAILS: Yvonne (Garys wife) called. Gary plans to collect four repeat samples on Monday and have the Heppner city staff drive them in to Coffey Lab. Some chlorine was added to the storage tanks after Gary got the lab result. I let Yvonne know that five routine samples will be due in May. ACTION NEEDED: PWS to collect four repeat samples, five routine samples in May. | ||
