Details:	July 2020n survey noted a gap between the well casing and concrete slab as well as no treated sample tap. Devan sent me pictures of a new treated sample tap installed and the gap in the slab has been sealed. These items considered corrected. This well is being used as the emergency source for the Resort as well.
