| Details: | SUMMARY: Complaint called in due to lack of water for 4 hours on 3-5-07 DETAILS: I spoke to Ellen and told her I would look into the reason for the water outage. I spoke to the operator of the trailer court and found out the reason for the water outage was a main break on 3-5-07 approx 4pm. Water was restored approx 4 hours later, when the line was repaired. This person said that she was not informed that the water was going to be off. I spoke to the operator and she assumed that that part of the park would still have service due to valve isolation. ACTION NEEDED: I will send the operator rules on how to disinfect the piping that is placed in service. Discuss Radionuclides 9 yrs from 2003 for first round of testing. | ||
