Details: SUMMARY: Total coliform alert DETAILS: 4 repeat samples were taken today and sent to the lab(Umpqua Research). ACTION NEEDED: Operator is to call me with the results of the repeat samples. If the results are positive I will do a site visit. If they are negative the operator is to take 5 routine samples next month. 8-24-07 Operator called to inform me that the repeat samples all tested negative for total coliforms.
