| Details: | SUMMARY: Follow-up on 3rd quarter coliform M/R violation with new operator Will Hinckel. DETAILS: Will said that he let the monitoring and reporting fall through the cracks as he is a new operator. I stressed the importance of monitoring and reporting and we discussed Santiam Crossings M/R scheduel. He said he would monitor ASAP. ACTION NEEDED: Check SDWIS in late January for coliform bacteria M/R results for 1st quarter 2008. 02-07-08 - TC was monitored on 1/31/08 - violation corrected. | ||
