| Details: | SUMMARY: Alert Response for TC+ DETAILS: Routine coliform sample taken on 12-20-07 was positive for total coliform. On 12-24-07 Russ Hanson called and left a message for Mike Umbarger to collect 4 repeat samples asap. Four repeats were collected on 12-21-08 and were all clear. On 1-16-08 Bob Wilson called and left a message for Mr. Umbarger to be sure to collect 5 routine coliform samples for January. ACTION NEEDED: System needs to collect 5 routine coliform samples in January. | ||
