| Details: | SUMMARY: Alert Response for TC+ DETAILS: Sample taken on 1-08-08 was positive for total coliform. On 1-14-08 Russ Hanson contacted Jean Edwards and told her of the need to collect 4 repeat samples asap. She said that she would contact Eric Sather and have him follow up. On 1-16-08 Bob Wilson called and spoke with Mrs. Edwards again. She said that Eric is planning to collect the samples. I reminded her that if the 4 repeats clear, then 5 routines are needed next month. I told her that if any of the repeats were positive that a public notice would be required. ACTION NEEDED: System needs to collect and submit 4 repeats asap. | ||
