Details: SUMMARY: Follow-up phone call confirm Nitrate sampling. DETAILS: I called the school to confirm that they took a confirmation nitrate sample. The previous contact was on 8-13-07 and the school was supposed to take a sample to verify the previous high result. Somehow the test was overlooked. ACTION NEEDED: Custodian will pull sample this week and have it tested.
