| Details: | SUMMARY: The nitrate sample collected on 12/06/07 had a level of 6.34 ppm (over one half of the MCL). DETAILS: This system was moved to quarterly nitrate sampling beginning the third quarter of 2006 (see attached letter). After collecting a 3Q 2006 and 1Q 2007 sample it was concluded with the historical nitrate data available that there is no significant seasonal variation in nitrate levels and furthermore that they are consistently below the MCL ACTION NEEDED: No additional action will be required at this time. | ||
