| Details: | I spoke with Bhupinder Singh Mander on 05/04/2020 to discuss the significant deficiencies noted on the Water System Survey. I was told that I would be provided with a picture of the new sanitary seal on the well cap. I also sent the water system in the mail a setback from hazards form to submit to the Drinking Water Program. I spoke with Jaz Mander on 05/13/2020 to again discuss the correction of the significant deficiencies noted on the Water System Survey. Jaz Mander sent me a picture of the new sanitary seal under the well cap and this item will be noted as corrected as will the deficiencies for the lack of an Operations and Maintenance Manual, Emergency Response Plan, and Coliform Sampling plan based on my conversation with Jaz Mander. | ||
