| Details: | SUMMARY: Coliform sample not by ORELAP lab DETAILS: Ryan Wist returned my call. He was aware that the 3/31/08 sample was not analyzed by an accredited lab but it was too late to take another sample so they sent it in. I informed him that this will result in a violation for 1st quarter and that the system will be classified as a SNC. We also went over how to return to compliance. ACTION NEEDED: Take and submit TCR samples analyzed by an accredited lab in each of the next 2 quarters. | ||
