| Details: | SUMMARY: Missing 2007 Nitrate DETAILS: Dan Reitz received a letter from Casey Lyon notifying him that we do not have a Nitrate result for 2007 on file for this water system. Dan said Delta Lab did send in the 2007 Nitrate sample to Portland and that he would have them send the results again, but to Springfield. He is going to check with Delta if they have dated fax receipts and, if so, send them to Springfield as well. ACTION NEEDED: Await results of the Nitrate sampling and send to Portland. | ||
