| Details: | SUMMARY: Stage 2 DBPR Assistance DETAILS: PWS requested assistance with Stage 2 DBPR Standard Monitoring Plan (SMP) that is due by 4/1/08. The SMP involves evaluating water quality data from several sources in the system to determine sampling sites and schedules for Stage 2 DBPR in 10/2009. I met with the staff to provide an overview of the rule and what is required and when. I conducted an initial review of water quality data (chlorine residuals, CT reports, DBP results) along with the distribution map and where Stage 2 samples had been collected. I conducted preliminary and final reviews/evaluations of water quality data in order to establish samples sites and prepared a draft SMP and then a final SMP and sent to the water system by certified mail for their review and submitted to EPA R10.
