| Details: | SUMMARY: Stage 2 DBPR Assistance DETAILS: System requested assistance with Stage 2 DBPR Standard Monitoring Plan (SMP) that is due by April 1, 2008. The SMP involves evaluating water quality data form from several sources in the system to determine sampling sites and schedule for Stage 2 DBPR in 2009-10. I met with the staff to provide an overview of the rule and what is required and when. I conducted an initial review of water quality data (chlorine residuals, CT reports, DBP results) along with the distribution map and Stage 1 samples had been collected. I conducted preliminary and final reviews/evaluations of water quality data with EPA R10, in order to establish samples sites and prepare a draft SMP and then a final SMP and sent it to the water system by certified mail for their review and submitted to EPA R10.
