| Details: | SUMMARY: Quarterly tetrachloroethylene(PCE) result taken 10/29/07 above detection limit DETAILS: I asked Shawn to test for this contaminant annually, Although there continues to be a slight detection, it has remained R&C below the MCL. ACTION NEEDED: No further action at this time, I will continue to monitor the situation. NOTE: Chem Monitoring Schedule Change Form has been submitted to DHS-DWP this diate requesting annual tetrachloroethylene testing. | ||
