Details: SUMMARY: Positive total coliform alert investigation. DETAILS: This system took a third quarter coliform sample. This sample came up positive. This facility closes its doors at the end of the third quarter of each year and therefore they do not need to take a fourth quarter sample. ACTION NEEDED: A new sample with be taken when the facility reopens this spring.
