| Details: | SUMMARY: Positive total coliform alert investigation DETAILS: This system took a fourth quarter coliform sample. This sample came up positive. On 1/2/08 I contacted JT Toll and told them that they needed to take four repeat samples. She stated that she had already shocked the well, and would get the samples sent out today. ACTION NEEDED: Repeat samples will be evaluated and 5 routines will be taken this month. | ||
