| Details: | SUMMARY: Follow-up with operator due to TCR violation listing. DETAILS: Data shows that no test results were reported for routine coliform samples for the months of March, May, June, October. I contacted Greg and he said he would check his file since he was sure that the tests were done. ACTION NEEDED: Greg will check his records and send copies to M&C DHS drinking water Portland. He will call our office if any of the Monthly samples we discussed were actually not taken. | ||
