Details: SUMMARY: Water system received a violation for the month of July because they failed to report enough samples for that reporting period. DETAILS: System had a TC+ hit in June, they did 4 repeats which were all negative but they failed to take 4 routines the following month. The system only reported one which was clear. I spoke to Tamar to clarify the reporting requirement. ACTION NEEDED: Sent flow chart on necessary follow-up testing after a positive sample.
