Details: SUMMARY: Follow-up on 3rd quarter violation for non reporting coliform DETAILS: DHS shows that this system did not report results for the last 2 quarters. I spoke with the operator and samples were taken, slips are stored in BSA headquarters in Portland. Operator has requested copies and will send them to our office for paper support. ACTION NEEDED: none
