| Details: | SUMMARY: Follow-up contact for violation of coliform nonreporting. DETAILS: I spoke with Sid Moss the operator for the system. Previously the Qasco Co. Health Dept. was taking the samples but because of time constraints have turned over the sampling to the operators. Sid said we failed to notify him of the change. ACTION NEEDED: He will make arrangements to take samples for both Nitrate and coliforms. | ||
