| Details: | Westland Water Association was overdue for an ASR - Annual Summary Report for their cross connection control program. I called Don Calvert who told me that Scott Fraser was in charge of that. I then called Scott Fraser, who told me that he faxed over the ASR to Oregon Drinking Water Services on April 22. I informed Oregon DWS and Abbie responded that at that time in April, their staff was working remotely and no one would have been at the office to receive the faxed document. |
