| Details: | SUMMARY: Follow up due to non-reporting coliforms in the month of Aug,Sept,Nov,and so far in Dec. DETAILS: I called the operator (Dawn Gragg 544-0915) to inquire about the failed to report. It seems that she is sick and the samples may not have been taken. Also, on the info page it showed Debby Zimmerman for a contact (544-2105). I tried to contact her on December 17, 18 and 19 and left phone messages for her to contact this office. I then called Penni Delco who was a previous operator and on the water and sewer authority board. I informed her of the lack of information and she will try to make direct contact with the operator. ACTION NEEDED: Penni will contact me with the results of these tests or tell me if they were taken at all. | ||
