| Details: | SUMMARY: none DETAILS: Routine on 12/5 positive for e-coli. Repeats on 12/6 all positive. Discussed chlorination and PN with Mary. PN hand delivered to all 4 homes on 12/7 (attached). Calhypo tablet placed in well on 12/17. 01/02/08 sample positive for total but absent for fecal. No more chlorine residual in system. ACTION NEEDED: Continue periodic chlorination with liquid bleach and take 2 monthly routine samples to rule out e-coli. Will schedule sanitary survey asap. Discussed possibility of continuous chlorination if source of contamination cannot be found. | ||
